Welcome to Little Sprites Learning. Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality educational materials that put students first. To ensure clarity and protect both users and creators, the following terms govern all use of our content, downloads, videos, and related resources.

1. Liberal Use License – Students First

We operate under a liberal educational use license designed to maximize student access and impact. Our materials are intentionally free for use in most non-commercial learning environments.

You are permitted to use our content under the following conditions:

  • Permitted Use: All printables, videos, and downloads may be freely used in public or private schools, homeschool programs, tutoring sessions, and other student-centered educational settings.
  • Reproduction: Materials may be copied, printed, or digitally shared in unlimited quantities, provided use is for individual student learning.
  • Public Display: Our videos may be shown in classrooms, libraries, auditoriums, gyms, or any school-related group setting involving multiple students.

2. Restrictions – What You Cannot Do

To preserve the integrity of our content and characters, the following restrictions apply:

  • No Alterations: You may not edit, remix, crop, recolor, add overlays, or modify any downloadable content, character designs, illustrations, or videos in any way.
  • No Derivatives: Characters, images, and video content may not be used to create derivative works, alternate formats, or mashups.
  • No Commercial Use: Our content may not be resold, repackaged, or used as part of any paid subscription, commercial app, or monetized curriculum.

3. Ownership

All content, including but not limited to videos, illustrations, characters, voiceovers, music, and downloadable printables, is the sole intellectual property of Little Sprites Learning and its creators.

Use of this content does not grant ownership or licensing beyond what is explicitly outlined in this agreement.

4. Attribution

While attribution is not required, we appreciate when educators and institutions credit Little Sprites Learning when sharing or displaying our materials.

5. Revisions and Termination

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our content after a change indicates agreement to the updated terms.

Violation of these terms may result in revocation of access or legal action if necessary to protect our intellectual property.
